Terms of Use
1. Agreement
By using the HomeDecAI app (the "App") you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the App. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
2. What the App does
The App uses artificial intelligence to create visual design ideas for interiors, exteriors and gardens from photos you provide, and suggests products with estimated prices.
3. Your content
- You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You give us a limited permission to process them only to provide the App's features.
- You confirm you have the right to use each photo, and that it does not show other people without their consent, private documents, or anything illegal.
- As between you and us, you may use the designs you create for personal and commercial purposes, subject to applicable law and the terms of our AI provider.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use the App to create unlawful, harmful, deceptive or infringing content, to misrepresent property you don't own (for example in real-estate listings without disclosure that images are AI-generated), or to attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
5. AI output and no professional advice
AI designs are illustrations and may be inaccurate. They are not architectural, engineering, structural, electrical or building-code advice. Product names, availability and prices are estimates and may differ from actual offers. Always consult qualified professionals and follow local regulations before renovating.
6. Third-party links
Shopping links open third-party websites. Product matches are found by an automated web search and may be out of date or not exactly match the design. We are not responsible for their content, products or prices, and purchases are between you and the seller.
7. Free designs and HomeDecAI Pro
- Free: each device can make 3 designs or refinements free of charge, without an account.
- HomeDecAI Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly or yearly, that removes the free limit. The price and billing period are shown in the App before you buy and may vary by country.
- Billing: payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before that.
- Free trial: where a trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused part of a trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Managing and cancelling: go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or Settings → Manage subscription in the App. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies (reportaproblem.apple.com).
- Fair use: to keep the service fast and affordable, we apply reasonable rate limits to all accounts, including Pro, to prevent automated or abusive use.
8. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. If we make a material change to Pro, we'll tell you in the App, and you can cancel as described above.
9. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions or purchases you make based on AI output. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Termination
You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may restrict access if you violate these Terms.
